After nearly two years together, Julianne Hough is not shy about discussing her relationship with Ryan Seacrest. The Dancing With the Stars pro-turned-actress told Parade magazine that things with Ryan are "great" -- but admitted that their busy schedules sometimes make life difficult.

When asked about balancing career and love, Hough, 23, explained, "It's a hard thing to do, especially when you're so caught up in your work and bettering yourself. It does get hard because you're so focused on that, but I think at the end of the day you have to find a balance with what's really important. I'm so lucky that I have a great relationship."

She added, "I'm very blessed and I don't take anything for granted. I think if you alienate people and just focus on your work then it just becomes lonely and it's not fun anymore."
